Shipping fees depend on your destination and currency: 12 USD, 10 EUR, or 40 TRY — shown clearly before payment confirmation, never any hidden fees.

We ship to most countries within 5-14 business days depending on the country. Customs duties or taxes in the destination country, if any, are the recipient's responsibility. Please double-check your address and phone to avoid delivery delays.

As soon as your order ships you receive a message with the tracking number, and you can follow it from the My Orders page. If your order passes its expected time, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier for you.

Because our pieces are handmade, some orders need 1-2 business days of preparation and inspection before shipping — so they reach you in the finest quality you deserve.
