By using the SHMLH store and placing any order, you agree to these terms. We may update them when needed, and your continued use counts as acceptance of the updated version.

We do our utmost to present our products accurately, but given their handmade nature slight variations in colors and embroidery may exist — part of each piece's authenticity. All prices include applicable taxes in the country of sale and may change without prior notice.

Order confirmation is subject to stock availability. We may cancel any order in case of pricing or data errors with a full refund. Payment is upfront via credit cards or Apple Pay through secure gateways.

Delivery times start from order confirmation. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our direct responsibility, but we follow up with you until delivery. See the Shipping page for details.

Exchanges, returns, and refunds are governed by the policy published on the Exchange & Returns page, which forms an integral part of these terms.

All our designs, photos, texts, and logo belong to SHMLH — copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine. Disputes are first resolved amicably through contacting us, then before the competent authorities if needed.
